Overview

If you are an employee, your account will be downgraded three weeks after Human Resources terminates your employment. However, your supervisor may request a 30-day extension of your account so that you have more time to tie up loose ends. After the downgrade, you will still be able to log into MyUWF for an additional 36 months, but you will only have access to tax-related information.

Prepare Your Account for Downgrade

Before your account is downgraded:

  1. Log in to MyUWF
  2. Open the My Account App
  3. Select Update Security Questions
    1. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your security questions
    2. Once complete, return to the My Account app in MyUWF
  4. Select Update External Email Address
    1. Follow the on-screen instruction to update and verify your external email address
