Here you will find instructions on how students can view any holds on their account.

Instructions

View Holds in Banner SSB (student ONLY):

STEP 1: Log in to Student SSB.

STEP 2: Choose the Student tab.

STEP 3: Select the Student Records app.

STEP 4: Click the View Holds link.

• All holds on student’s record should appear.

OR

STEP 3: Choose the Registration app.

STEP 4: Click the Registration Status link.

• Choose the registration term you wish to view holds for (if not previously selected).

STEP 5: The message “You have Holds which will prevent registration” will appear near the top of the page if applicable.

STEP 6: To view more detailed information about the Hold(s), choose the View Holds link at the bottom of the page.

• Any Hold information should then appear.
