This page houses all official University policies.  You can browse by category on the lower left, view recently added or modified policies in the lower right, or simply search by keyword in the space below.  If you have questions regarding the content of this site, please email gcfrontdesk@uwf.edu

Search tips:

  • The search looks for keyword matches in the title and body of the policy
  • To search for a policy by the policy number, please enter the entire policy number in double quotes.  Example: "IT-03.01-02/12"

Recently Adopted Policies

These policies were either revised or newly adopted within the last 30 days. They are available via the policy search. (These pages have the uwf-policy-recent label in addition to the uwf-policy label)

Content by label

There is no content with the specified labels

Draft Policies Currently Under Review

If these policies have the uwf-policy label on them, they will come back in the search results, and therefore should also have "DRAFT" in their names. They will not appear in the "Browse Policies by Category" until they are officially moved there.

Rescinded Policies

These policies should only appear below (They no longer have a uwf-policy label, and they have been moved out of the respective policy category hierarchy.) Rescinded policies will be available for 5 years and then moved to "Archived Policies".
