The Contact and Privacy Info app has a Wizard mode that will be used to guide students through a process of updating their information.

Instructions

If the user decides to opt in, they will see additional fields and instructions on how to sign up for the service.

This is what the user will see if they choose to opt out of the notifications.

If they are enrolling again, they see this screen.

If they aren't enrolling, they see these suggestions and a form to let us know why not.
