FAQs

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact the Nautilus Card office immediately at 850.474.3324. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Card invalidation will be immediate. After regular business hours, please contact the University Police at 850.474.2415. UWF is not responsible for cash balances of lost cards. The cost for a replacement card is $15.

Each student registering for on-campus classes will be assessed an Annual I.D. Program Fee of $10. Students will be charged the fee the first semester they are registered for on-campus classes and it will recur annually thereafter each fall semester. The fee covers the cost of ongoing services provided by the Nautilus Card program. The Annual I.D. Program Fee does not include a card after the first semester.

To receive funds left on a Nautilus Card declining balance account, the card holder should request, in writing, a refund of any remaining balance within six (6) months after separation from the University. Any unclaimed balance remaining on a Nautilus Cardholder’s account after this period will be forfeited.

  1. Your Nautilus Card account information is available online. Log in to MyUWF, Nautilus Card Balance & Swipe History app. This service enables you to view your card balance, card swipe history (financial and access) and meal plan information. If you have money in your declining balance Nautilus Card account at the end of the semester, it will be carried over into the next semester’s balance.
  2. Your account balance is shown on vending machine card readers around campus after making a purchase.
  3. You may swipe your card at the Automatic Deposit Machine (ADM) in Pace Library to get your balance. Once you have read your balance, push the "End" button.
