Overview

Here you will find instructions on how to view your class schedule from your mobile device as well as your personal computer.

Instructions

Mobile

A list of courses will be displayed per term for each term you are currently enrolled in, or are in enrolled in in the future.  Tapping on a course will display the course detail.  The course list can be refreshed by clicking the refresh icon above the course listing.  The last updated date will be shown to indicate how up-to-date the list is.  Both views will be scrollable.

                        

Desktop

A list of courses will be displayed per term for each term you are currently enrolled in, or are in enrolled in in the future.  Clicking on "Details" will expand the row and show specific details about the course.

 

From the course information screen, you can:

  • When the meeting time(s) is/are scheduled.  If there are multiple meet times they will be indicated by the headings Meeting Time #1, Meeting Time #2, etc. 
  • How many credit hours are received for successful completion
  • The current term and the dates that correspond
  • View and email the instructor(s)
  • Determine if you have been marked off as being confirmed for the attendance census
  • A map is available to see where the course is located
  • A current enrollment status (registered, drop, etc.) along with how it was determined (staff, web, etc.) 

Additional actions that can be taken from the course detail screen:

  • View Syllabus - Link to view the course syllabus.  This link will be disabled and read "No Syllabus" if the instructor has not uploaded a syllabus yet.
  • Register a Clicker - This will allow you to register a clicker.
  • Final Exam Schedule - This will link to a Confluence page.
  • View in eLearning - If the course is an eLearning course, this link will be enabled and read "Go to eLearning".  If it's an eLearning course but it hasn't been opened up for activity it will read "eLearning (not yet available)" and will be disabled.  If this is not an eLearning course it will read "Not an eLearning course" and be plain text.  It will link to the eLearning site.  
  • Textbook Info - Links to the eFollett shopping cart.
  • Get Directions - Links to google maps to give you directions to where the class is held (Desktop only).  In mobile, tapping the map will direct you to google maps.
