Students, Faculty, and Staff can contact the ITS Help Desk in person, by phone, online request form, and through email. This page contains the hours of operation and information on contacting and receiving assistance from the ITS Help Desk. Adjusted Support Hours Attention UWF community, Due to the preventative measures taken in response to the threat of COVID-19, the ITS Help Desk is currently providing assistance remotely. Until further notice, we will offer support from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

Face-to-face support
Walk-in customers may visit the ITS Help Desk in building 79 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM on weekdays.
