General Info

Why do we need Golf Cart and Other Motorized Cart Safety Training?

All golf carts and motorized carts must be operated safely on University property to reduce accidents, incidents, and injuries related to the operation of golf carts/motorized carts. The Office of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) is responsible for providing ongoing education and resources related to the safe operation of golf carts and other motorized carts. EH&S has put together:

Who needs training? How often?

All UWF employees that have the potential to operate a motorized cart (golf cart or utility vehicle) must complete the Motorized Cart Training once. Training must be completed before operating a motorized cart on UWF property.

How do I take the training?

Please begin the training by navigating to the Golf Cart and Motorized Utility Vechicle Safety Training page.
