What is it?
As an early participant, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and test new features before they’re made available to a wider audience. Your feedback is essential to us as we continue to refine and improve the experience.
As part of this, you’ll start seeing new AI features in Zoom meetings, including:
AI Companion: Summarizes meetings and answers questions about the discussion.
Smart Recordings: Includes highlights, chapters, next steps, etc.
Email Summaries: Automatically sent after meetings.
Whiteboard Content Generation: Auto-creates whiteboard content.
How to Join
To get started please submit a request to the ITS Help Desk to join the pilot group and begin exploring the features.
The pilot group is self-managed. This means that after you have been added to the pilot, you'll be able to add other members by managing the group membership. For instructions on how to do this please see Managing Group Membership via MyUWF.
