Repeat Course Surcharge Waiver Appeal
Students may appeal for a waiver of the state-mandated repeat surcharge as an exception for a previous withdrawal or failed attempt due to extenuating
circumstances of financial hardship only once for each course. (Previously attempted courses must have a "W" or "F" grades and extenuating
circumstance related to why "W" or "F" grades were earned). Appeals will be reviewed by a committee and decisions will be emailed to the student’s UWF
email account within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt of a completed form.
