Overview

The Qualtrics survey tool is available for all UWF staff and student users through a university-wide site license.

Accessing Qualtrics

Step 1

Log in to MyUWF at my.uwf.edu

Step 2

Seach for "qualtrics"

Step 3

Click on the Qualtrics app

Training

  • Qualtrics offers live training webinars on different topics, such as, Getting Started with QualtricsAdvanced Survey Building, and Reporting.  Please visit Live Training Webinars for dates and times.

  • Also, look for classroom based training opportunities at UWF through the Training Reservation Desk.

Support

  • Qualtrics is supported on the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3+, Safari 4+ and Chrome 2+.

  • If you have questions about how to use Qualtrics or are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact Qualtrics directly by emailing support@qualtrics.com or calling 1-800-340-9194 between 7 am - 7 pm Central Time. 

  • While logging into Qualtrics, scroll over to the top right corner and click on "Support & Feedback".  Fill in the required details and click submit.

If you repeatedly collaborate with the same group of individuals, a Qualtrics administrator can set up a Qualtrics Group for you. This will enable you to search only for the group that contain the users for collaboration purposes. These requests are only accepted for groups of 10 users or more. Please email your request to helpdesk@uwf.edu. In the request, include the UWF Argonet username of each user and the requested name of your group. Please allow up to 72 hours for the request to be processed.

Yes. You can sign up for training sessions by visiting the Training Reservation Desk.
