Overview

TouchNet 360u App Puts the Nautilus Card on Your Phone

Visit the Apple Store or GooglePlay and search for "TouchNet 360u" app. In the app, you will be asked to search for your school which can be found using "UWF." Sign in with your Argonet ID and password. Each time you make a purchase using your Nautilus Card, your account balance is displayed at the point of purchase. You can also see your account balances anytime in the app! Also, you can deactivate your card from the app if it is lost or stolen. We can issue you a new card in our office. 

If you have the previous version, Touchnet OneCard App, you will need to unregister by using the these instructions.
1. Open App
2. Go to the three bars at top right corner of App
3.Unregister Device
4. Click Yes to unregister Device
5. Delete TouchNet OneCard App.

How to Use The App

LOGIN SCREEN

In the app, you will be asked to search for your school which can be found using "UWF." Sign in with your Argonet ID and password. If your phone has Touch or Facial Recognition ID, the app can be opened this way after your first time logging in.

Home Screen & Features

The buttons which are activated for your use are as follows:

  • Food and Vending
  • Campus Resources
  • Scan (although active, this button will be utilized at a later date for QR code promotions)
  • Balances
  • Favorites
  • Upper Right Menu Bar

Touchless Payment

1.  When you select "Food and Vending," You will be shown the POS Terminals screen for the Dining locations on campus.

2. You will select the appropriate one and press the Map Marker icon to pay remotely. You can select the Star button to add your most frequently used Dining locations to your Favorites menu.

3. After pressing the Map Marker icon, you will be asked to authorize payment at the terminal. Press Yes to confirm terminal authorization.

When you select "Campus Resources," you will be able to find links to frequently used information from our various websites such as Dining Hours, Parking, Student Printing, and Postal Services.

The "Balances" button will allow you to see your mandatory or voluntary meal plan information and any other accounts you have, such as your General or Employee Food Accounts. These balances are updated in real time.

If you select the "Upper Right Menu Bar," you will have some further options available to you.

  • Fund - This will direct you to the website for making Online Deposits to your Nautilus Card.
  • Card Financial Activity - You can search by date to track your card activity.
  • Deactivate Card - If your card is lost or stolen, you can deactivate it from the app. Once deactivated, you will need to go to the Nautilus Card Office to get a new card.
  • Privacy Policy / Terms of Use - You can view the TouchNet OneCard app privacy policy and Terms of Use here. 
  • Unregister Device - You can unregister your phone from the app using this button.  When you no longer need the app, get a new phone, lose your phone, etc., please call the Nautilus Card Office when this option is chosen or needed. We will clear it in our systems as well.
