Mail and Care Packages
We will happily accept mail and care packages and ensure they make it to your cadet in a timely fashion. Please use the following address:

Parent/Guardian Visits
Parents/Guardians are welcome and encouraged to visit the cadets during their stay at UWF. However, we ask that visits do not interfere with training and classes.
Flight Training Observations
Visitors may observe cadets during flight training. Please contact AMS Flight School for designated observation locations.
Independence Day
Cadets will not have training on Sunday, July 3rd or Monday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will have activities planned during this time; however, cadets may also be checked out during this time.
Police
The University of West Florida Police Department's role is to advance UWF's mission, vision, and priorities by providing a safe environment through professional service to the community. We will meet the challenge of providing these services by basing our thoughts and actions on shared values.

Transportation
Passenger van transportation will be provided to/from Pensacola International Airport, to the flight line, and as required during the program.
