Files on the Web (I) drive will be moved to your Home (H) drive . No action is needed if your files if you do not need to be published to the webelect to retain web publishing.
I use my Web (I) drive for web publishing. Can an exception be made?
You must notify ITS before December 4, 2017 to request that your Web (I) drive be accessible from the Internet at the new location. The new web address for your web drive will be is pages.uwf.edu/{username} . (Example: pages.uwf.edu/jdoe). You may start accessing your content immediately at the new web address.
Your web drive must be compliant with FERPA and ADA. Please see Online Content Considerations for links to information pertaining to ADA and FERPA compliance on the web. For more details about FERPA compliance refer to FERPA Information or contact the Office of the Registrar. For more information about ADA compliance, you can inquire with Institutional Communications or the Student Disability Resource Center.
