From the Citrix article on this error, the steps to resolve are as follows:

  1. Important! Make sure you are using the latest Citrix Receiver client (installation instructions)!

  2. Download the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority certificate

  3. Save the certificate to the Applications\Citrix ICA Client\keystore\cacerts folder (create this folder if it does not exist):


  4. Also, double-click the download USERTrust RSA Certification Authority certificate (which should open Keychain Access)

  5. Open the 'USERTrust RSA Certification Authority' certificate, and choose 'Always Trust' from the 'When using this certificate' drop-down.
