How to use a Meal Plan
The student’s specified number of meal swipes
(5, 12, 15, 19)are available in
thethe Nautilus Market UWF’s all-you-care-to-eat and meal plan dining facility located in the Commons, building 22.
There are three meal periods per day Monday through Friday (Breakfast: 7:15-10:30am; Lunch: 10:31am-4:00pm; Dinner: 4:01-
98:00pm, Mon-
Thurs; 4:01-7:00pm onFri) and two meal periods per day Saturday and Sunday (Brunch: 11:00am-4:00pm; Dinner: 4:01- 7:00pm). You may use one meal swipe from your meal plan during each meal period.
(Meal periods do not apply to the Unlimited Meal Plan or Block Plans.)
To-go meals
(including 1 free eco-clamshell)options are available with all meal plans, except the Unlimited Meal
PlanPlans.
Meal Plan participants
with the Argo 12, Argo 15, or Argo 19receive 2 free meal swipes each semester that can be used to pay for guest meals, except if you have an Unlimited plan. A free guest meal swipe must be used at the same time as a regular swipe.
Dining Dollars are flexible dollars that may be used at any UWF campus dining venue.

Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars are flexible dollars that come with each meal/ block plan (except the Unlimited) and are accepted like cash in all dining locations. We recommend using your Dining Dollars to grab a snack between meals or to purchase meals at campus dining venues other than the Nautilus Market. Unused Dining Dollars rollover Fall to Spring to Summer and expire at the end of the semesterSummer.

2. Search for “Meal Plan Purchase”
3. Click on “Meal Plan Purchases & Nautilus Card Deposits” app
4. You will be taken to OneWeb. Log In to OneWeb.
5. The first screen after login is the Personal Information screen. Here, you will select "Add Cash".
6. Enter your email address and the amount of the deposit you wish to make. If the meal plan cost is over $999, you will have to make multiple deposits to your Nautilus Card as the maximum deposit allowed is $999.
7. Enter your Debit/Credit Card information. (Cards accepted: MC, VISA, and Discover; Convenience fee of 2.5% incurred) E-checks are also accepted. ($1.49 transaction fee applies)
8. Purchase your Meal Plan using your Nautilus Card (button shown on screen will be named OneCard).
9. Pay for your Meal Plan or Block Plan.
10. If you have sufficient funds in your Nautilus Card account to purchase the Meal or Block Plan you selected, the purchase will go through. If you do not have sufficient funds in your Nautilus Card account, you will receive the following message.

1. Log in to MyUWF
2. Search for “Voluntary Meal Plan”
3. Click on “Voluntary Meal Plan” app
4. Complete the Request to Purchase a Voluntary Meal Plans or Block Plan with Excess Financial Aid form via MyUWF > Voluntary Meal Plan app and submit
5. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours.

No, but you may add funds to your Nautilus Card declining balance account via MyUWF (convenience fee applies), one of the ADMs located around campus or at the Commons Service Desk (no convenience fee). These funds can then be used anywhere on campus, including Dining Services and they roll over from semester to semester. |
