  • Compound Surnames: our records might contain part of your last name in other fields (e.g. the middle or first name)
  • Suffix In Last Name: if your last name includes a suffix (e.g., Jr., Sr., III), try entering it with your last name to locate your account
  • Incorrect Birth Date: our records might have an incorrect birth date due to human error during the registration process
  • Account Is Already Activated: Please try the account recovery wizard
