Historically, UWF Intramural Sports have only been offered to UWF students, faculty and staff. Beginning Fall 2026, Recreation and Aquatics will offer the Intramural Sports Play Pass to our 2UWF Partner Institutions. Currently enrolled students at the following institutions can now apply to purchase a Play Pass and have access to participating in UWF Intramural Sports. 

• Pensacola State College
• Northwest Florida State College
• Gulf Coast State College
• Coastal Alabama Community College 

Application Instructions

1. Currently enrolled students at our partner institutions will need to prove their current enrollment in their institution along with showing a $0 balance for the semester they are buying the Play Pass for. In the application, the student will submit the following items:
   1. Screenshot of your current enrollment status showing your full name, institution and that you are registered for classes that semester. 
   2. Screenshot of your current $0 balance for that semester with your full name and institution. 
   3. Upload a picture of your government issued ID or your institutions student ID card. Ensure it is clear and free of any shadows/glares. Virtual IDs are NOT accepted.
   4. Upload a headshot- used to create an account in our system to access the facility during game times. 
   5. Submit your license plate number for your ability to park on campus during events. 
2. Once those documents are gathered, submit an application by filling out the Play Pass Approval Form (Coming Soon!).
   1. Under First Time User, select "Sign Up."
      1. Use your institution's email account to create the ArgoPulse Account
   2. Log in with your previously created ArgoPulse account.
3.  Our staff will try to approve your application . Your application will be approved within 48 business hours. 
4. Once approved, you can then move on to purchase will receive an email (from intramurals@uwf.edu) with your user name and password for the Recreation Fusion Portal.
5. Purchase a Play Pass for the current semester.
6. Each semester thereafter, you will have to submit another application to be approved to purchase a Play Pass.

Playing Intramural Sports

1. Call or visit the Rec Center in person to purchase the play pass.

2. Let the staff member know your first and last name. 
3. Purchase the play pass for the semester you were verified for.
   1. Note: We are a cashless facility.

Registering for Intramural Sports

1. After your application has been approved and you have purchased a semester play pass, you will log into the Recreation Fusion Portal. 
   1. Your login credentials were emailed to you after your application was approved by the Competitive Sports office. 
   2. Click on the orange bar to be redirected to IMLeagues. 
   3. Complete your profile on IMLeagues. This request comes up automatically the first time you log in.
   4. Click on Intramural Sports and find which sport you want to play. 
   5. Join a team, register as a free agent or create a team yourself through IMLeagues.

Playing Intramural Sports

1. If playing an indoor sport in the Rec Center- download the FusionGo app and sign in using the credentials emailed to you by intramurals@uwf.edu.

   2. Use the bar code to "swipe" in through the facility gate.
2. For all sports, sign-in with the intramural sports supervisor at the game site (generally next to the check-in table at the game site).
   1. Find the game site for each sport on your home screen of IMLeagues after you join a team.

3. 1. a physical government issued ID to check-in with the Supervisor before EACH and EVERY game. Virtual IDs are not allowed for non-UWF students to check-in with. 
4. Ensure you read and understand the UWF Intramural Sports Handbook before participating. 
5. Parking- When your application was submitted, your vehicle's license plate was sent to Parking Services at UWF. They created a virtual tag that is tied to your car to allow you to park in commuter parking during intramural sports events. 
   1. View the parking map to find the closest parking lot to your game site. 
   2. This pass does NOT give you access to park outside of the hours of your intramural sports event(s).
