This regulation required requires institutions to remove technologies published in the the State University System (SUS) Prohibited Technologies List from any university-owned device and to block network traffic associated with these technologies. As of October 2024, the list includes:

Use of these applications on University-owned devices or networks will be prohibited and be prohibited and use of these applications will be blocked on devices connected to the campus’ wired and wireless networks.
An ongoing ticket keeps an updated list of the prohibited sites.
