This section tells you how to make deposits to your Nautilus Card Declining Balance account (funds on your card that roll over from term to term). |
Instructions
The Nautilus Card offers a declining balance account. A deposit of $200-300 may be desirable to allow for the purchase of other goods and services, including food, copies, printing, vended beverages, and snacks. Your account balance is displayed each time you use your card, following your transaction.

Deposits may be made online via MyUWF.
Search for the “Meal Students may make a deposit to their Nautilus Card online via MyUWF > Meal Plan Purchases & Nautilus Card Deposits app with a Deposits” app. Log in and select “ADD CASH” from the menu. MasterCard, Visa and or Discover cards are accepted. Deposits /payments made online via debit/credit card are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee. E-checks are also accepted and subject to a $1.49 transaction fee.
Deposits may be made in person using cash
at Students may add money to their Nautilus Card at one of the convenient Automatic Deposit Machines Machine (ADMsADM) located around campus (no convenience fee). ADMs are located in the following buildings: 4, 22, 32 (2), 72, and 86. ADMs accept ones, ves, tens and twenties. Funds deposited at an ADM are added to the student’s Nautilus Card account and are available immediately.Students may also make deposits at the Commons Service Desk using cash or check (no convenience fee). in John C. Pace Library (Building 32, 1st Floor).
Deposits may be made in person using cash or check at the Commons Service Desk in Building 22. No transaction fee.
Deposit funds via TouchNet 360u app (convenience fee applies) Sign into the TouchNet 360u app with your ArgoNet credentials, then touch the “wallet” at the bottom of the screen. Go to the “General” account and touch the
“Add Funds” button. You are now in the Online Deposit area.
