Once accommodations and services have been approved through the Student Accessibility Resources (SAR) office, students are required to must submit a Semester Request Form at the beginning of each semester to activate access their accommodations. Accommodations are authorized granted on a semester-by-semester basis to ensure alignment align with current course enrollment and to facilitate appropriate notification to instructors.
