Once accommodations and services have been approved through the Student Accessibility Resources (SAR) office, students are required to must submit a Semester Request Form at the beginning of each semester to activate access their accommodations.   Accommodations are authorized granted on a semester-by-semester basis to ensure alignment align with current course enrollment and to facilitate appropriate notification to instructors.  Prior to ensure that instructors are properly notified. Before submitting the Semester Request Form, students are encouraged to attend the initial class sessions and review course syllabi the syllabus to determine which approved accommodations are applicable the specific accommodations needed for each course.
