  • Academic advisors build each student a semester-by-semester course plan that is located in the Plans tab within the student's DegreeWorks audit. 

  • Students should review their course plan regularly, at least once per semester.

  • It's critically important to take your courses based on the course plan your advisor added to your degree audit.

    • This course plan is the most efficient path to graduation.

  • Your course plan takes into account which semester each course is offered as well as the order you should take the courses so that prerequisites are met as you work through the program track. Many courses are offered only once per year or some even only once every other year. If you miss a course, it could very well delay graduation. 

  • Below, you will find instructions for accessing your course plan in your DegreeWorks audit. 

  • Please contact your academic advisor if you need to make any changes to your course registration or if you have any questions about your course plan.

  • For issues accessing your DegreeWorks audit, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

      • Here you may view each semester's planned courses/requirements and any additional notes your advisor added.
        • Scroll to the right to see the entire plan.
        • You may also click the Expand button at the top, right corner of your course plan. 
        • The PDF/print view also shows you a cleaner view of your plan; however, in the PDF/Print view, you will not be able to see any additional notes your advisor may have provided within the plan.
