UWF allows up to three (3) free transcripts per year to active-duty military, veterans, and their dependents. Please see Florida Statute 1009.26 (17a).  The following documentation is required in order to verify your eligibility for a free transcript. Without verification, the order can not cannot be completed. 

• REQUIRED: Copy of military orders, copy of most recent LES, or DD214 of the qualifying service member or veteran.
• If you are a spouse or their dependent, please include the following in addition to the above document:
  • Spouse - Copy of your Marriage Certificate.
  • Dependent - Copy of Birth Certificate as proof of dependent status.
    
    • If the service member/sponsor is not mentioned in your birth certificate, please also include -  Copy of your parents' Marriage Certificate reflecting marriage to sponsor.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.  If you need the transcript immediately, you may order the transcript through Parchment directly; however, you will be fee liable for the request.
