Effective October 1, 2025, all retiree accounts will be transitioned to email-only access. Only Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts will remain available, though Calendar and Contacts will may have limited functionality. Features Many features that are typically included in a personal Google account, such as Google Drive (file storage) will will no longer be available through your retiree account. Use the instructions on this page to prepare for the transition by migrating data associated with services that will no longer be available to a personal Google account. |

Check the storage associated with your UWF Google Drive and your personal Google account before starting this process. Personal Google accounts come with 15GB of storage by default. If your UWF Google account contains more than 15GB, consider the following options prior to starting the migration:

Please Note: By default, the migration process will select both Drive and Gmail. Upon arriving at step 3 of this process (shown in screenshot below), we strongly recommend selecting to only migrate Google Drive content.
