Once accommodations and services have been approved through the Student Accessibility Resources (SAR) office, students must submit the a Semester Request Form each semester to access their accommodations. Accommodations are granted on a semester-by-semester basis to align with current course offerings enrollment and to ensure that instructors are properly notified. Before submitting the Semester Request Form, students are encouraged to attend the initial class , sessions and review the syllabus , and meet with their instructors to determine the specific accommodations needed for each course.
