TouchNet OneCard is your single point of access to campus life, combining student ID functionality with electronic payment processing. TouchNet OneCard is a unique, mobile-based technology from TouchNet that enables campus administrators to offer students a single point of access to campus life. It serves as a secure payment system for campus services, goods and activities and as a virtual ID card. Students can also manage their OneCard account with features such as deactivating their card, checking their balance, report on transaction history and more. With configurable icons, campus information such as athletic events, dining menus, bus schedules and more are readily available within TouchNet OneCard. |
TouchNet 360u App Puts the Nautilus Card on Your PhoneVisit the Apple Store or GooglePlay and search for "TouchNet 360u" app. In the app, you will be asked to search for your school which can be found using "UWF." Sign in with your Argonet ID and password. Each time you make a purchase using your Nautilus Card, your account balance is displayed at the point of purchase. You can also see your account balances anytime in the app! Also, you can deactivate your card from the app if it is lost or stolen. We can issue you a new card in our office. If you have the previous version, Touchnet OneCard App, you will need to unregister by using the these instructions. If you have any issues, please call our office. |

Visit the Apple Store or GooglePlay and search for "TouchNet OneCard360u" app.
How to Use The App
LOGIN SCREEN
In the app, you will be asked to search for your school which can be found using "UWF." Sign in with your Argonet ID and password. If your phone has Touch or Facial Recognition ID, the app can be opened this way after your first time logging in.

From left to right, the first image is the home screen. The buttons which are activated for your use are as follows:

Touchless Payment
1. When you select "Food and VendingPurchase," You will be shown the POS Terminals screen for the Dining locations on campus.
2. You will select the appropriate one one and press the Map Marker icon to pay remotely. You can select the Star button to add your most frequently used Dining locations to your Favorites menu.
3. Press the Dollar Sign to the right of the POS terminal to confirm terminal authorization.

When you select "Campus Resources," you will be able to find links to frequently used information from our various websites such as Dining Hours, Parking, Student Printing, and Postal Services.
The "ScanWallet" button on the lower left of the app will allow you to utilize QR code promotions when those are active at a later date.The "Balances" button will allow you to see your mandatory or voluntary meal plan information and any other accounts you have, such as your General or Employee Food Accounts. These balances are updated in real time.
If you select the "Upper Right Menu Bar," you will have some further options available to you.
- Fund - This will direct you to the website for making Online Deposits to your Nautilus Card.
- Card Financial Activity - You can search by date to track your card activity.
- Deactivate Card - If your card is lost or stolen, you can deactivate it from the app. Once deactivated, you will need to go to the Nautilus Card Office to get a new card.

- Unregister Device - You can unregister your phone from the app using this button.
