UWF accepts insurance from multiple providers as long as the policy covers the dates of travel abroad and meets the established coverage minimums. If you have insurance that you want to use, you can download the Health and Accident Insurance Verification Form, have the form completed by your insurance agency, and email the completed form to studyabroad@uwf.edu. This waives is proof of the health insurance requirement.
