End users can access saved drafts of their Dynamic Forms submissions. End users also need to follow this procedure if they have

• a rejected Dynamic Form submission they need to resubmit (you will be e-mailed when you receive a rejected submission)
• a Dynamic Form submission that requires a payment
• a Dynamic Forms that requires your co-signature (you will be e-mailed when this occurs)
