E&G Units: All Units: - Per-work-order Telecom charges of $19.20 may apply for physical desk phone support.
- International dialing for the university’s Zoom Phone service is enabled upon request only. Any charges incurred will be billed to the requesting department at the end of the billing cycle. Not all countries are available for International Dialing. However, the current costs for dialing these countries are listed here: https://zoom.us/billing/pbx/rates
- Fax Services transitioned to Zoom Phone is included at no extra cost.
