PC computers are pushed a Group Policy by UWF ITS that affords them the ability to have the PaperCut Client and Follow Me Print Drivers used with the Copy Services Multifunction Devices available to them automatically. MAC users must have the client and drivers installed manually. All UWF multifunction devices are equipped with a Postscript driver which allows for MAC printing.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Your computer must be connected via Ethernet and be turned on to receive the Group Policy mentioned above. The Group Policy is pushed out every night. 
2. The Copy Service devices and PaperCut software do NOT allow for wireless printing. If you want to print from a laptop, you must connect to the network via ethernet and have the PaperCut Client and Follow Me Print Drivers installed on your device. You departmental LSP can assist you with this.
3. The preferred file type to be printed is a PDF.
4. You may print Print from a USB at the Copy Service devices.
5. If you want to print an 11x17 document, select LEDGER, not Tabloid, for the paper size.
