Step 2

Follow the directions given in the "Activate Your Account" step requesting your personal information.

You will be asked to provide your last name and birth date to confirm your identity.

After confirming your identity we will locate your username to activate. If successful, click "Activate Account" to proceed to through the activation process (proceed to Step 4).

In rare cases, multiple accounts may be available for activation. Select one and proceed to Step 4.

If we cannot confirm your identity you will be allowed to review the information you provided in previous steps and try again.

  • Compound Surnames: our records might contain part of your last name in other fields (e.g. the middle or first name)
  • Incorrect Birth Date: our records might have an incorrect birth date due to human error during the registration process
  • Account Is Already Activated: Please try the account recovery wizard

In all cases, please call the ITS Help Desk at (850) 474‑2075 for further assistance activating your account.

    • UWF requires that ArgoNet passwords abide by the following criteria:
      • From 14 to 20 characters in length.

      • Must start with a letter.

      • Have at least one integer (0 - 9) or one of the following special characters: !%^*

If the account activation was successful, you will see the following advisory message.

After the account has been activated, be sure to follow the directions given carefully. Failing to do so may result in loss of account access
