Effective October 1, 2025, All retiree accounts will be transitioned to email-only access. Only Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts will remain available, though Calendar and Contacts will have limited functionality. Features that are typically included in a personal Google account, such as Google Drive (file storage) and Google Meet will no longer be available through your retiree account. Use the instructions on this page to prepare for the transition by migrating data associated with services that will no longer be available to a personal Google account. |

To copy your Google Drive files to a personal Gmail account, visit the link below:
Copy content from your school account to another account
Please Note: By default, the migration process will select both Drive and Gmail. Upon arriving at step 3 of this process (shown in screenshot below), we strongly recommend selecting to only migrate Google Drive content.
