This table explains the types and levels of insurance required based on the Visa Type and Program for International students and scholars at UWF. 

In addition to the State of Florida requirements, UWF UWF University Policy AC-06.04-03/24 requires any alternative insurance for F1 and J1 students to have at least the same level of coverage as the UWF Group Plan for International Students.
