By attaching your CITI training to your IRBNet profile, you will only have to upload your current certificate once and it will be visible to the board for all projects/packages submitted. To upload your human research protection training certificate(s), please follow the steps below.
- Log into IRBNet
- Click the User Profile link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. In the Training & Credentials section (bottom of the page) click the Add New Record button.
4. On the Training & Credential Record page, select the appropriate training and credential Document Type, enter the Effective Date of the document (ex. date of training certification) and any other applicable information, and then select the file from your computer by clicking the Browse button.
5. Once the correct file is selected, click ‘Attach’.
6. From the User Profile page, click the “Submit” link (to the right of the new document listing you have just created).
