• All students' educational records are automatically protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  

• In addition to FERPA, sometimes a student may elect to request additional privacy restrictions be placed on their student record through the Registrar's Office.

• Please review all of the details associated with these additional layers of privacy and contact the Registrar with any questions. 

If a student has privacy restrictions, their name will NOT appear or be released in university publications including campus directories, honors recognitions, publications, graduation lists, in the commencement program at graduation, or in response to public records requests.

• • Click on the Plans Privacy tab at the top of the auditpage

  • Under the Plan List heading, click on the link for your course plan Privacy tab - be sure to UNCHECK the Withhold Directory Information checkbox. Click SAVE.

    Here you may view each semester's planned courses/requirements and any additional notes your advisor added.
  • Scroll to the right to see the entire plan.
  • You may also click the Expand button at the top, right corner of your course plan. 
  The PDF/print view also shows you a cleaner view of your plan; however, in the PDF/Print view, you will not be able to see any additional notes your advisor may have provided within the plan.
