You All students who are newly admitted to any TEEL graduate program will receive an initial welcome email from the TEEL Graduate Advising Office with that includes a link . Follow the link to access to the appropriate Admission Acknowledgement Form and instructions they must follow in order to submit the form (pictured below).

Once you access the form, follow these steps to submit it correctly:

1. Your name and UWF student number should be automatically filled in. If these fields are not automatically filled in, please type your full name (as it appears in your student file) in the "student name" section and your UWF student number (970XXXXXX) in the "UWF student number" section.
2. Carefully read each of the acknowledgement statements. Be sure to click all links and review the relevant information.
3. Click each box to acknowledge your understanding.
4. Once you have reviewed the information and clicked all of the boxes, click "next" at the bottom of the form.
5. On the electronic signature page, type your name in the empty text box, and then click "Sign Electronically."
