Instructions for creating and editing PDF documents from within eDesktop.

Creating a PDF from a Non-PDF Document

  1. Open the file you wish to convert to PDF.
     
  2. From the File menu, select Print…
     
  3. Select the Printer named easyPDF Printer.

  4. Click OK
     
  5. Select the location to save the PDF. (Note: files saved on the desktop will be deleted when you log out of your session.

     

    If you receive an error after saving, change the the post action process on the save dialog to "Don't do anything".
    don't do anything option 

     

     
  6. Click Save.
