This page offers instructions on how to get a full refund of monies in your wepa account as UWF changes student printing services for spring. wepa is no longer on campus as of the spring 2023 semester.

Instructions

Request a wepa account refund:  If you did not use your funds in your wepa account prior to December 10, 2022, you may request a refund.  

To Get A Refund: Students should contact wepa's Technical Support team to request a refund. Students can use their account at any Wepa location in the country, so wepa does not remove money from active accounts without a request (and we may need to work with them if their payment method for deposit is no longer available to use for the refund).
