Overview

Cisco Webex allows UWF employees to allow other users to schedule meetings on their behalf. This is useful for those who are unable to access their computers, or for those who have others managing their calendars.

The UWF employee would have to allow other users to access their Cisco Webex accounts, then those other users would be able to schedule those meetings on behalf of the UWF employee.

Allow other users to schedule Webex Meetings on your behalf

Step 1

Sign in to uwf.webex.com.

Step 2

Click Preferences.

Click the Scheduling tab.

Enter in the desired information in the following area. Make sure to enter in the full UWF email addresses of each user who will need to schedule your meetings.

Press Save.

Schedule a Meeting for Another User

Step 1

Sign in to uwf.webex.com.

Step 2

Click Schedule,

Step 3

 Click the Schedule for drop down menu and select the individual who you will be scheduling for. They will need to have previously added you as a delegate in order for you to see this option.

Enter in the remaining information needed to set up the meeting, then press Start.
