Overview

This article will provide information to instructors or other presenters on how to delegate the ability to schedule Webex meetings to other individuals.

Allow other users to schedule Webex Meetings on your behalf

Step 1

Sign in to uwf.webex.com.

Step 2

If you are using Webex's modern view, switch to Webex Classic View by clicking the Classic View link on the left sidebar.


Step 3

Click the carat icon at the top of the page to expand the menu bar.


Step 4


Click the My Webex link on the top menu bar, then click Preferences.

Step 5

Expand the Scheduling Options drop down menu.

Step 6

Enter in the desired information in the following area. Make sure to enter in the full UWF email addresses of each user who will need to schedule your meetings.

Step 7


Press Save.

Schedule a Meeting for Another User

Step 1

Sign in to uwf.webex.com.

Step 2

Make sure you are using Webex Classic View by clicking the Classic View link on the left sidebar.

Step 3

Click the carat icon at the top of the page to expand the menu bar.

Step 4

Click the Webex Meetings link on the top menu bar.

Step 5

Click Schedule a Meeting.

Step 6

Click the Advanced Scheduler link.

Step 7

 Click the Schedule for drop down menu and select the individual who you will be scheduling for. They will need to have previously added you as a delegate in order for you to see this option.

Step 8

Enter in the remaining information needed to set up the meeting, then press Start.
