We may revise our office hours or services as the semester progresses depending on University recommendations. This page will always have up to date information.  If  you have any questions or concerns during this time, please do not hesitate to contact me at success@uwf.edu or by phone at 850-304-7747.

  • Creating a reduced distraction testing space at home:
    • Find a location that is comfortable and has a solid writing space (if needed).  Examples may include a dining room table or desk.
    • Try to minimize distractions by closing blinds or curtains.
    • White noise can be helpful for minimizing environmental sounds.  An easy way to create white noise is to place a boxed fan in your testing space.
    • Need more tips?  Contact sar@uwf.edu and one of our staff would be happy to discuss your specific situation and provide feedback.

  • If you were receiving ASL interpretation, you have been transitioned to CART (remote captioning) for any video lectures in your courses.
