Abstract
This policy sets forth the University of West Florida (UWF) approval process for university sponsored study abroad programs. This policy defines study abroad as a period of time in which students receive academic credit for courses taken abroad through an Office of International Affairs approved program, or conduct international research, internship, or service learning with or without credit and sponsored by their Academic Department with approval from the College Dean, Provost and Office of General Counsel.
