Abstract
To specify the methods for implementing separations from employment at the University of West Florida including the return of all University property. The University encourages employees to complete Exit Interviews.
I believe the section on furloughs needs to reference the applicable policies in the UWF-UFF Collective Bargaining agreement in Article 14 which provides further details for faculty. I would also note in many organizations and businesses, there is a limit of time for furloughs, differentiating between less than 30 days or more than 30 days and not using the vague term "months" as is in this policy.
